HOW TO FLASH :

1. Place Downloaded file to ur SDCard
2. Reboot into CWM Recovery
3. Wipe Data, Cache & Dalvik Cache
4. Flash it
5. When flashing done just wipe cache & dalvik cache again
6. Reboot..

Sedikit Guide :

1. Ganti poto & nama di QuickSettings > edit kontak paling atas, kalo di quicksettings belum keganti, reboot hh
2. Re-Order / Enable Disable toggle > masuk Settings > QuickSettings > atur toggle apa aja yg mau di disable atau pindah2in posisinya
